— About
A small studio with big standards.
Our story
tag724 was founded in 2013 with a simple brief: build the kind of work you'd want to put in your own portfolio. We started as a one-person studio in Berlin, working with founders and small teams on brand identities and websites.
Over a decade later, we're still small. Four people. No contractors, no agency bloat. We build marketing sites, ship WordPress plugins used by 42,000+ sites, and sell design systems that other studios depend on.
We don't chase scale. We chase craft, durability, and relationships that outlast the work itself.
Our values.
Craft is a discipline
Every pixel, prop, and function is considered. We sweat the details so our clients don't have to.
Ship the work
We bias toward shipping. A finished B+ is worth more than a perfect A that never launches.
Treat clients like partners
We work in the open, share what we know, and build relationships that outlast projects.
Stay small, stay sharp
We will not scale headcount. We scale systems. The studio stays deliberately small.
The team.
